Zaid Mu’min

Zaid supports our intellectual property, business, transactional, and arts & entertainment practices. He has over 16 years of experience in U.S. and international trademark prosecution and trademark portfolio management, U.S. copyright acquisition, business formations/dissolutions, and corporate maintenance including drafting formal resolutions, consents, and conducting extensive minute book audits. Zaid also assists clients with merger and acquisitions together with asset purchase transactions.

Zaid has an Associates of Arts degree in Paralegal Studies and an Associates of Applied Sciences degree in Video Production. His academic and personal background provides eclectic support to the firm and its clients.

In his spare time, Zaid enjoys RV camping, riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, teaching martial arts, writing/directing movies, and fantasy role-playing games.
