Christopher “Mike” Davis

Mike is an attorney practicing business transactional law. He helps clients prepare for and properly manage legal issues at all stages of the company life cycle, from entity inception to business exit.

Mike transitioned to law after a seven-year career in entrepreneurship where he co-founded and two tech companies. That experience, when combined with his bachelor’s degrees in accounting and finance from Northern Arizona University and his MBA from Seattle University, gives him a business insider’s perspective on the practice of law. Mike has a proven ability to explain complicated legal issues and implications in an accessible way that allows his clients to make informed business decisions.
